Andi Zadeh is Co-Founder, CEO and CFO of Soar Capital, where he leads strategy, finance, fundraising, and execution across client engagements. Andi brings extensive experience across venture capital, private equity, and corporate finance, having worked on 100+ transactions and helped companies raise over £75 million in equity capital across sectors including SaaS, HealthTech, sustainability, and fintech. He specialises in fundraising strategy, financial modelling, deal structuring, investor relations, and scaling businesses from early stage through growth and exit. Prior to founding Soar Capital, Andi worked in investment and advisory roles supporting founders, investors, and high-growth companies, and has built a strong network of HNWIs, funds, and strategic partners. At Soar Capital, Andi focuses on helping companies secure funding, optimise capital structures, and accelerate long-term value creation.
Lee Simms is Co-Founder and Chief Commercial & Revenue Officer at Soar Capital, where he leads commercial strategy, revenue growth, and strategic partnerships across client engagements. Lee brings over 20 years of leadership experience spanning healthcare, SaaS, consultancy, and high-growth businesses, with a strong track record of building go-to-market strategies, securing major partnerships, and scaling revenue operations. He has held senior leadership roles including CEO, Managing Director, and Non-Executive Director across multiple organisations, where he has successfully launched new ventures, secured investment, and driven commercial performance. Lee’s expertise spans investor readiness, market expansion, sales execution, and strategic positioning, helping companies accelerate growth and maximise long-term value.
Our head of IR will lead Soar Capital’s investor engagement strategy, building and maintaining strong relationships with venture capital firms, angel investors, and institutional partners. With a background in venture capital / private equity / corporate finance, they will bring proven expertise in managing investor communications, coordinating funding rounds, and ensuring stakeholders are kept informed and engaged.
