What you get as a Soar Angel
Every opportunity in Soar Angels is a Soar client — and we don't take just anyone. Each company passes an initial screening, typically an intro call with Andi and Lee, followed by pre-assessments covering the data room, the numbers and the team. We then install the financial, investment and commercial engine around them, so what you see has already been validated and operated to investor standard.

Angel capital helps the company reach its next milestone. Institutional and follow-on capital carry the strongest companies through later rounds, while the Soar Fund, coming soon, provides a dedicated pool for portfolio winners. You retain flexibility through member-to-member secondary routes where available.

We ensure priority companies qualify for S/EIS. HMRC underwrites much of your downside, and your upside can be tax-free.
